★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Xq hice reservacion para el 17 de este cancele con 8 dias de anticipacion y NO NE QUIEREN REGRESAR EL DEPOSITO...YA NI CONTESTAN EL TELÉFONO...TENGAN CUIDADO CUANDO RESERVEN EL SR LUNA SE VUELVE PURAS MENTIRAS. NO MERECE NI UNA ESTRELLA CUIDADO CON ESE HOTEL!!!!!
Xq I made a reservation for the 17th of this, I canceled 8 days in advance and THEY DON'T WANT TO RETURN THE DEPOSIT ... NO LONGER THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE ... BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU RESERVE MR. LUNA IT BECOMES PURE LIES. DOESN'T DESERVE ANY STAR BEWARE OF THAT HOTEL !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio de habitaciones, en muy malas condiciones las habitaciones, los baños OJO, una de las ultimas recamaras de arriba se le esta callendo el techo del baño, por poco y le pega a un pariente el techo que se cayo, muy mal servicio en todos los aspectos, hasta en la luz tienen problemas para las habitaciones.
Preferible otro lugar ocupan remodelar toda Hacienda.
Bad room service, in very bad condition the rooms, the bathrooms BEWARE, one of the last bedrooms upstairs the bathroom ceiling is falling, almost and a relative hits the roof that fell, very bad service in all the aspects, even in the light they have problems for the rooms.
Preferable another place occupy to remodel the entire Hacienda.
