★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio que ofrece el hotel es decadente, el agua caliente no sale, no ofrecen café al cliente, ni en la habitación ni en el lobby, tiene restaurante pero nadie lo atiende, los edredones están rotos (en las cabañas cómo le dicen a los cuartos individual) tuvimos que cambiar a una habitación ejecutivo y para acabarla no hay internet cuando también se ofrece esos servicios en la publicidad, super mal.
 The service offered by the hotel is decadent, the hot water does not come out, they do not offer coffee to the client, neither in the room nor in the lobby, they have a restaurant but nobody takes care of it, the quilts are broken (in the cabins how they tell the individual rooms) we had to change to an executive room and to finish it there is no internet when those services are also offered in advertising, super bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los cuartos dejan bastante que desear. No nos pusieron toallas así que tuvimos que pedir y las dos que trajeron olían mal. Ni siquiera salía suficiente agua del lavabo y el agua de la regadera nunca enfrió, además de que había tapas de rastrillos usadas. ??♂️ No recomendado.
The rooms leave a lot to be desired. They didn't put towels on us so we had to ask and the two they brought smelled bad. Not even enough water came out of the sink and the water in the shower never cooled, plus there were used rake lids. ??♂️ Not recommended.

The rooms are excellent, they just don't send you to the ones in the back because those who look like cabins are careless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a disapointment. What a lovely hotel with cabins. BUT it is so run down. We had to change rooms 3 times to find one with a functioning air conditioner. Many things wrong but it was clean, beds were decent and they allowed our dog.
