★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel in Valladolid, but dirty swimming pool, smell inside the fontane due to death birds. only cold water for shower. Restaurant employers friendly but old man does not count of money, all young waitresses do not speak English. Foods very tasty. Something good , more things bad, but for this price I still recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DISGUSTING!!!! Got into the room, dirt everywhere, cob webs. Looks like they just brushed dirt to the side. Walk into the bathroom, there are stains on the bathroom towels, bath mat is dirty. Look at the sink, there hair everywhere (someone was obviously shaving), and hair on the mirror. Dirty walls. Shower disgusting. Was scared to get into the bed, worries about bed bugs. DO NOT STAY HERE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice clean room. Staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is great. I recommend dining there during your stay. I love the peaceful sitting areas in the garden and around the pool. Location is close to shopping and only a short distance from the center of town. I'll be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just the cafeteria (did not stay here): good quality and fine selection from breakfast to dinner; fast, friendly service; nice open air area to sit in the shade. Car is visible from where you sit in hotel compound, so perfect stop between Cancun and Merida with a packed car.
