Excellent facilities and exceptional service by very friendly and attentive staff

Excellent place for lunch, lunch or dinner. Highly recommended. They have a three-course lunch: fruit, coffee, juice and eggs to taste for 120 pesos per person. The meal is at 220 per person, it consists of starter, main course (chicken, fish or beef), dessert and fresh water. At dinner I think he has enchiladas. With a minimum consumption of 200 per person you have access to the garden and the pool. The room must be around 1000-1200 per night. It has card payment.

The location is far, the rooms are nice, the service is fine because they bring your food

It is a very old Hacienda; Hosten is a different experience; The place is very quiet. The rooms have the name of the people who worked formerly in what was the original Naranjean Hacienda. There are horseback riding, cycling. There is a dam very close where there are always ducks that migrate every winter. Lunch is very complete, it is three courses like meals. They also make an apple pie which is delightful. In the bar they prepare delicious drinks that can be enjoyed by the pool. The pool always has very crystal clear water, it is kept very clean. All the staff are very friendly. It is very pleasant to visit the place.

A very nice place to spend the weekend with family and friends, it has a restaurant, a pool, games for children, a basketball basket, a soccer field, a very wide area to walk, the hacienda maintains its integrity, only with adaptations of comfort, how A/C, it does not have television or WiFi, so communication with whoever you go will be better. Maybe a little more attention is needed, since you always have to look for someone for a drink or a meal, maybe it is part of the concept, that you feel at home, the place is yours

It seems to me an excellent option when it comes to being close to nature and without any noise other than the birds. It does not have internet or tv's, which is perfect to rest and forget about everyday life, the pool and the perfect gardens. But they lack a little more attention from the administration (call it education, preparation, kindness) the personal feeling is, "We don't invite you to come to the hotel, you come because you want to", in general the cleaning and kitchen people are exceptional and its food speaks for itself, the bar is not entirely its strong point. I think they should work a little more on it, but I understand that the operating expenses are not enough for that. But with a slightly more proactive attitude and in favor of "promoting tourism" at the cost of a smile only and an attitude of "We want you to come to our hotel" would be the best. I understand that the hotel has people or not, they charge a salary, but why not give that extra so that, tomorrow, if the SA de CV of the hotel decides to increase operating expenses, it will be because more and more tourists come (customers new) and it is a chain of moving forward. In short, it is my way of thinking, but there are several factors and the summary is, money, operating expenses and little net income define these conditions... But if your idea is to have a good time in a simple and friendly environment, full of nature, smells, colors and sounds, it is a different and good option.
