★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen precio. Las habitaciones son grandes y espaciosas. El estacionamiento es pequeño pero suficiente. Yo fui el 2 de noviembre y nos ofrecieron chocolate y pan de muertos sin costo, eso me agradó bastante. La encargada estaba vestida de catrina y la decoración era buena.
 Very good price. The rooms are large and spacious. The parking lot is small but sufficient. I went on November 2 and they offered us chocolate and bread of the dead at no cost, I liked that a lot. The manager was dressed as a catrina and the decoration was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hotel way out of the way, with great charm and beautiful rooms. But not yet a place most Americans would care to go stay. It's still under construction! The manager and staff were amazingly beautiful and helpful. They even sent a very badly damaged creeking smoking shaking mini-van "Private Taxi" (OWNED by the brother of the maid) to pick me up for USD$15.00.....? The manager couldn't get his card reader to work for paying my room bill. So I had to go to an airport exchange service and pay a $5.00 service charge. The manager had to drive me to the airport in his work truck because no one could get the raggedy van driver on the phone....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel attendants very nice and helpful. The hotel is very clean. The water from the shower does run over so put a towel down but its nothing to worry about. They lock up the property at 10pm but can open it if u call n ask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yuli was the one that helped me. I got there pretty late without a reservation and she was still so nice and helpful.
The room was very cute and clean. I double checked for bed bugs cause apparently they're rampant in Guadalajara hotels, and I saw 0- plus they use a mattress pad to keep them clean.
The only issue I had was that there was no warm water when I showered (it was almost freezing) but even that felt nice after 2 days on the road.
