★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quedé muy satisfecha en mi estadía. El servicio y atenciones siempre de primera, gracias. La alberca es fría como todas las albercas de Morelos, si no están acostumbrados les pegará el frío del agua, yo me metí 7pm y no tuve ningún problema. Si quieres ver la salida del sol, considera las montañas que lo atrasan 1 hora! :P

 I was very satisfied in my stay. Service and attention always first, thanks. The pool is cold like all the Morelos pools, if they are not accustomed, the cold of the water will hit them, I got 7pm and I had no problem. If you want to see the sunrise, consider the mountains that delay it 1 hour! : P

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar increíble para salirse de lo cotidiano es el lugar perfecto para desconectarse y encontrar esa paz interior por el lugar mágico que es y en dónde está ubicado Pero además el hotel tiene habitaciones de varios tipos desde la más lujosa hasta una habitación que tiene todas las comodidades pero es económica sus instalaciones con albercas y jacuzzis con agua templada hacen que te puedas meter a disfrutar del agua a cualquier hora con el clima maravilloso de Tepoztlán
An incredible place to get out of the ordinary is the perfect place to disconnect and find that inner peace because of the magical place it is and where it is located.But the hotel also has rooms of various types from the most luxurious to a room that has all the comforts but it is economical its facilities with pools and hot tubs with warm water allow you to enjoy the water at any time with the wonderful climate of Tepoztlán

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice reservación, nunca me abrieron, y cada vez que llamaba como tres o cuatro veces que me mandaban al conmutador y después colgaban y las otras veces me decía que el número no existía, que decepción, si ya no está en funcionamiento por lo menos avisen
I made a reservation, they never answered me, and every time I called about three or four times they sent me to the switchboard and then hung up and the other times they told me that the number did not exist, what a disappointment, if it is no longer in operation at least let me know

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hostel absolutely has the best view possible of the Clamanco and Tepoztlan Mountains. The quality feels like a 5 star hotel, very attentive and excellent service. I see many negative reviews about the bathrooms but I have to say; they definitely improved on this. The rooms are very clean, there is working wifi and the artworks are just breathtaking. There is a restaurant & bar. The food was good - nothing extraordinary - just good. The swimming pool has a fountain and is very clean. You can see that the owners put a lot of time in maintaining the place. I'm recommending this place for anyone that wants to enjoy the relaxing and magnificent lifestyle of this quetzalcoatl village.
