Lamentablemente llegamos y habia una torma boda, demasiado ruido y entregaron la habitacion casi 2 horas tatde. Por la mañana hay mucho ruido temprano, ya que el area de servicios esta en la parte posterior de la habitación. The rooms, 12-person suite is very good, I was surprised by the distribution. Unfortunately we arrived and there was a torma wedding, too much noise and they delivered the room almost 2 hours later. In the morning there is a lot of noise early, since the service area is at the back of the room.

Está muy bien que tengan los asadores pero creo que si vale la pena poner horarios para hacer ruido ya que se escucha mucho cuando la gente pasa platicando o los niños corriendo y gritando a las 11-11:30pm. El que puedan tener restaurant o servicio de alimentos sería genial The place is very beautiful, but I think there are areas for improvement, such as the pool that although it is mentioned that it is heated throughout the day was freezing. It is very good that they have the grills but I think it is worth setting schedules to make noise since you can hear a lot when people pass by talking or children running and shouting at 11-11: 30pm. M	Mrnm Cuenta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible mi experiencia en este hotel, sufrimos un secuestro virtual gracias a que la gerente dio nuestros datos, nos extorsionaron y nos tuvieron toda la noche encerrados nunca me contestaron en recepción ni los mensajes, cuando pedi auxilio al velador no me hizo caso, tuvimos que llamar al 911 y a protección civil, jamás regresaría, tengan mucho cuidado, son las peores vacaciones que he vivido, unas vacaciones de terror mis hijos terminaron super asustados Horrible my experience in this hotel, we suffered a virtual kidnapping thanks to the fact that the manager gave our data, they extorted us and kept us locked up all night they never answered me at the reception or the messages, when I asked for help the night watchman did not pay attention to me, we had to call 911 and civil protection, I would never return, be very careful, it is the worst vacation I have ever experienced, a horror vacation my children ended up super scared

D	Diego Garcia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The WiFi could use some work, speeds are awful for working or even social media, the shower-head (in our room) was uneven, the shower leaked from the bottom of the door. The scenery is nice and the pool and couches by the side are a nice touch. I think a little more attention to these details will bring a more enjoyable stay for the guests and an experience closer to that of a luxury hotel.

For the value, this hotel should be far, far less, but they are charging 4 star hotel prices. Filthy bed covers, toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for years, dirty floor, shower with massive leak and faucet that just sprays water directly at your chest. The owners seem to be treating this hotel like a drunk teenager party road hostel. There was music blasting until 4 in the morning directly below our room. When we asked the staff to enforce the hotel rules, they were completely incompetent. We barely slept for the 2 nights we stayed there. In conclusion, there are far better options in cuarto cienegas. At most this place should charge 700 pesos a night. Worst money we’ve ever spent.
