★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato del personal es preferencial, había bichos en la cama que picaron a mi esposa, y no era yo, condicionan mucho el uso de instalaciones, nos dejaron sin agua caliente sin avisar por varias horas, nos cobraron de más, el WiFi pésimo.
Es una pena porque ya me había quedado antes y no era así.
The treatment of the staff is preferential, there were bugs in the bed that bit my wife, and it wasn't me, they greatly condition the use of facilities, they left us without hot water without warning for several hours, they overcharged us, the lousy WiFi.
It's a shame because I had stayed before and it wasn't like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De los pocos hoteles en los que he estado este ha sido el mejor y el que más me gusto hasta el momento, esta cerca de la glorieta donde hay una representación del baile flor de piña, las habitaciones muy cómodas, tienen alberca pero no estaba disponible al igual que el servicio de restaurant y lo mejor es que es económico lo recomiendo ampliamente.
Of the few hotels in which I have been, this has been the best and the one that I liked the most so far, it is near the roundabout where there is a representation of the pineapple flower dance, the rooms are very comfortable, they have a pool but it was not available like the restaurant service and the best thing is that it is cheap I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos nos dejaron ingresar en el horario establecido a la alberca, le falta mantenimiento en general muy estético, faltaban muchos azulejos, los colchones son incómodos, eso sí es económico y tiene buena ubicación.
Nos salió una cucaracha de la habitación
Nos estaba pidiendo desalojar la habitación hasta una hora antes, mientras ocupamos la alberca.
They let us enter the pool at the established time, it lacks maintenance in general, very aesthetic, many tiles were missing, the mattresses are uncomfortable, that is cheap and it has a good location.
We got a cockroach out of the room
He was asking us to vacate the room up to an hour before, while we occupied the pool.
