★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sentimientos encontrados: excelente te reciben con tu mascota...la ambientación del lugar es una gran sorpresa con sus pirámides y columnas!! No lo esperábamos!!! Pero: no hay restaurante....museos que mencionan cerrados...en las cabañas sin wifi....de la tv solo quedo el cable (señal de q existió) y en general abandonado, le falta mucho mantenimiento. Le comentaron a mi esposo que es un hotel básicamente para extrajeros? (Los mexicanos tambien sabemos apreciar) y por pandemia ya estos visitantes no llegan por lo no ofrecen al dia de hoy todos los servicios q mencionan en su página. Sugerencia: chequen la fecha de los comentarios antes de agendar. El chico de recepcion muy atento
Mixed feelings: excellent they welcome you with your pet...the setting of the place is a great surprise with its pyramids and columns!! We did not expect it!!! But: there is no restaurant...the museums that they mention are closed...in the cabins without Wi-Fi...the only thing left of the TV is the cable (sign that it existed) and in general abandoned, it lacks a lot of maintenance. They told my husband that it is basically a hotel for foreigners? (Mexicans also know how to appreciate it) and due to the pandemic, these visitors no longer arrive, so they do not currently offer all the services that they mention on their page. Suggestion: check the date of the comments before scheduling. The receptionist very attentive
