Hotel Hafa - 63734 Sayulita

Terrible place. We've been told that the room we booked was not available because the bathroom was out of order and the plumber is not coming soon, so we had to stay in a different room which looked much worse than on all the pictures you'll find online. No WiFi available, the bathroom has no door, just a cheap curtain, poor water pressure, old towels, two twin beds together instead of normal king/quen size and - EXTREMELY HIGH NOISE LEVEL, we had a feeling that we slept outside, and you can also hear your neighbors taking a shower. This is definitely not a place to stay if you want to take a rest. Happy we had just one night there. They also have some weird rules like $10 deposit for the key that is held hostage so you check out on time. I will never come back. It's absolutely not worth the money.

Nice spot with cool style and a clean, nice room. My experience with a dog included some difficulties but after the owner made things right by me I'm happy to leave a positive review. Be aware, if it's still not clear on the Google Maps page for Hotel Hafa, that they require a $200 USD pet deposit, in cash. My suggestions were to have them offer to take that deposit on a credit card, and basically just charge a fair price for the privilege of attracting pet owners to your location.. so everyone is happy. Access to staff at night would be nice as well. It was loud here and a little hard to rest but it is right in downtown so that's to be expected.

Amazing hotel very boho-chic. Walking distance to every hot spot in town. Secure, clean, host always available.

Room was ok front desk staff not great they ask for deposit wich is fine but at check out they said they will keep my deposit money for the maid as a tip, I would like to tip what I want not put a price on it also, miscommunication on check out they said check out 12 when I got there after breakfast front desk stated check out is at 11:30. I will not be staying here anymore

Hidden diamond in a sea of fools gold. Only stayed for one night by I discovered the rooftop lounge and swimming pool which was such a peaceful place to relax and read. Super affordable and large room right in the heart of sayulita. Friendly helpful staffed called a taxi for me. Five stars no doubt

One star for central location, one star for the lovely support staff at check in and out. Unfortunately, this hotel is not for sleeping! We left after one night of our reservation after being kept up by club thumping music nearby until 3am, followed by cars speeding down the street starting at 4am. This hotel is making a quick buck on one night stays and they won’t refund your money when you realize it. AVOID!
