Not recommendable at all, it boasts like a two-star hotel and is priced at that level, it has no parking, its rooms are very humid, the sanitary facilities are rusty, you can feel the wires on the mattresses, sheets that are too plastic that generate sweating, and what More critical is the existence of bugs like spiders and worms in the bathroom.

Very comfortable, the rooms are spacious and have very good service. The hotel is very nice and very close to the center, accessibility of those who serve it and speed of service. The rooms are clean and very nice.

It is a hotel with history, it has a great vibe, I will tell you a little about what I learned, the Hotel Hidalgo is said that approximately in the year 1540 the Spaniards arrived at this place to evangelize the Otomi, this hotel was a convent where they baptized to the Otomi and if any Otomi did not accept the conversion they put him in this crematorium, later it was a hacienda, then they turned it into a ranch and today it is a hotel, the rooms are comfortable only the mattresses are not so comfortable, some already need change, they have hot water, Wi-Fi (in the rooms below the network or Wi-Fi does not reach very well), they do not have parking since it is right in the center, near the hotel is the Hidalgo house, the former convent of San Jerónimo, the laundries and the church of the Lord of the water, the reception staff is very very friendly and attentive, they have rooms for up to 6 people, apart from that it is cheap

Place with a lot of potential due to the beautiful old colonial constructions. Traditional colonial cuisine. The living room with very parents fireplace. The bad thing is that the rooms are deteriorated. They lack paint, new mattresses. Broken mirrors, it needs a good hand and it looks great. Very friendly and comprehensive service.

The general experience is very good the facilities are very very nice and you can feel the history of the place. The beds and bedding are quite good and you sleep quite well. In our case (room 16) the only thing is that the bathroom is a bit old and somewhat dysfunctional, in addition to the fact that the water did not come out very hot. But what yes the service and the friendliness of the staff is very good and to congratulate them.
