Precios accesibles, más económico que otros de el centro y mucho mejor calidad que el Hotel Flamingos
A very clean place, very good service, the rooms are very comfortable, the hotel is close to the center, and the place itself is beautiful.
Affordable prices, cheaper than others in the center and much better quality than Hotel Flamingos

We went to dinner, we came back at 11:30 closed, a lady came out and if I didn't have a mask, they wouldn't let me into the room.
All night a girl in another room did not stop laughing,
I did not sleep well.
A bad experience to be the first time my visit to CD. Guzman
I was thinking of staying one more day but the truth is that I prefer to go back as soon as the sun rises.

Terrible customer service, friends of the people who take care of themselves at night meet to talk outside the rooms. Literally impossible to rest in their rooms

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very limited parking spaces in front of hotel. Building looks very well maintained. Receptionists was very welcoming. She showed us the room before committing. The 2 queen size bed room was exceptionally clean. We could even smell the cleanliness as we walked into the room...something of fabric softener. We slept 2 adults per bed and my 3 yr old got a cot provided by hotel, which he was super excited about sleeping in. The only downside was the walls/windows were so thin, we could hear the people talking and laughing all through the night, which made it hard to sleep. Husband had to go out and shut them up. Other then this walls issue everything was great. Would stay again.
