★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo estaba perfecto, servicio, habitación, llevo más de dos meses hospedandome ahí.
Sin embargo hace dos días dejé una pertenencia y rápidamente me comuniqué con la recepción la cual me confirmó que tenían un anillo que olvidé y el día que fui a recogerlo todo el personal me lo negó.
Triste situación porque en serio tenia un valor muy importante para mi y me había convertido en cliente. Lástima que haya gente que no es honesta en ese lugar. No volvería a regresar.
Everything was perfect, service, room, I've been staying there for more than two months.
However, two days ago I left a piece of belongings and I quickly contacted the reception, which confirmed that they had a ring that I forgot and the day I went to pick it up, all the staff denied it to me.
Sad situation because it seriously had a very important value for me and I had become a client. Too bad there are people who are not honest in that place. I would not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las habitaciones limpias, la recepcionista amable, comodidad más o menos pero en general bien.
El único inconveniente son LOS DE LA LIMPIEZA, ya van tres veces que acudo y parece que les dicen que limpien a lado de tu habitación; gritan, azotan la puerta, azotan la tapa del retrete, ponen música a todo volumen, NO DEJAN DORMIR. No es la primera vez.
Clean rooms, friendly receptionist, comfort more or less but overall good.
The only inconvenience is THE CLEANING ONES, I've been here three times now and it seems that they are told to clean next to your room; they scream, they slam the door, they slam the toilet lid, they play loud music, THEY DO NOT LET YOU SLEEP. It's not the first time.
