Very good hotel and clean instances I had a very good room service also

Bad experience. Floors dirty never was clean from previous customer,shower drain full of hair ,the room card deactivate all the time,and was annoying,emergency stairways doors was lock. All this reflect in bad management.

It’s a good budget option. You basically get what you pay for; a small, clean room with an OK bed. The mall is really close (2-3 minutes driving), with many restaurants and activities. I would totally stay again!

The front desk lady was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. However, the walls were thin, you can hear everything even through the bathroom vent. People were loud in the hallway throughout the night. The breakfast was ok. A lot of things are over salted.

Again. Incredible service that some would not expect from an economically priced hotel. We have stayed at many ibis hotels in Mexico over the past year when taking a break from living in our jeep. Always a positive experience! And ALWAYS the fastest wifi. Thank you Joan, Mario, Karen and all of the other staff members.

The hotel is very modern, but that's about the only good thing I can say. We were told the bed was a certain size, but if anything, it's a full size bed. The rooms are very tiny and not what the pictures portray. We didn't get any complimentary toiletries (not that we needed any), had to ask for more toilet paper since since one we got was used and almost gone, no iron or mini fridge, and we were only given 2 towels. The parking spaces seemed were designed for a Fiat or Prius, something tiny. The rooms do need more attention in cleaning. The walls were dirty and doors had prints on them before we even got settled in.

This hotel chain was designed by a tidy minded person for the tidy minded traveler. That is pretty good. This place also has the potential to be much better, but someone needs to fully address some of the issues. First though, the good news: the staff are receptive with good customer service---especially Hector. Hire that man! Really excellent customer service and went out of his way to be helpful and accommodating. An all around nice guy! Also, the wifi was generally some of the highest speed and functioning i have used. The location is good too. A little removed, but at the same time close to a whole mall of shopping with a few restaurant choices. There are issues with the building though even as it is relatively modern. It cannot hold its electric capacity properly. Something is wrong as even on clear nights the lights and a/c would flicker on and off. The last night of my stay there was a little wind, and the a/c went off for hours. 85 degree F that feels like 100 not good with no a/c or even fan. Slept little. IF hotel were to look for root cause of this problem surely they could correct it. On a good note the hotel made a sincere and good gesture to rectify my dissatisfaction as a guest regarding that occurrence. Lastly, bring your bucket if you want your lower half of your body to be cleaned well in shower. Water pressure just too low with shower head attached to roof in shower several feet above. This makes it take four times as long in the shower and actually more likely than not is more of a water expense for hotel versus the hotel saving money.
