★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this place. If you are in SLP for business your invoicing will be screw and the help form the management its 0.0% Front desk staff is horrible and could be a tad agresive. Restaurant staff are very good and do best they can with what they are supply to work with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was extremely pleased with FRONT DESK staff and management. I have a large labrador who is traveling with me to Puerto Vallarta. At the time of checkin for my reservation, They advised only small dogs are allowed. THIS PUT ME IN A REAL BIND AS I HAD NOWHERE TO STAY. The young lady at the front desk said she would speak to her manager. All agreed an exception would be made for the one night stay. WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I am all checked in and the room is perfect. Recommend this hotel to all looking for comfort and price in their short term visits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affordable, good for business trips and if you simply need a place to crash, rooms are very very small. My key kept getting disabled every single time i would come back from spending the day out HOWEVER the staff was quick and friendly assisting me to reprogram. The shower was not the best but I never asked for assistance therefore I can't mark them down for this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are definitely small. Overall our experience was great. The customer service was very helpful when needed. The rooms are clean and up to date. The hotel has great security. They have everything you need from an iron to luggage storage. They also help you get a taxi if you need it.

Joe ever, cleanliness in the rooms is 7/10. Showers and faucet not working properly. The shower splatters everywhere and the faucet has very low pressure.
The floorboards were a bit dusty.
