o	omar cortes estrada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No reserven en este hotel pésima experiencia por favor no caigan , es una estafa total , la agencia que contraté me mandó a ese hotel y al llegar la dueña del lugar es una persona intratable , nos dijo que no tenía convenio con nuestra agencia ,cómo ya era muy tarde no tuvimos otra opción más que quedarnos ahí , y nos cobro la noche ,para cuando logramos comunicarnos con la agencia , ya habíamos pagado la noche , los cuartos tienen cucarachas , todo está completamente sucio , el baño está asqueroso , no tienen agua caliente , dicen tener pantallas planas pero no tienen eso , había un sillón lleno de sangre que nunca se limpio , el agua del baño tiene un olor a caño horrible , lo único bueno es el trato del personal ,de verdad no sé hospeden aquí... Su personal ni hace las cosas bien, ni respetan a los huéspedes, es común que no haya agua o si hay que esté caliente, es común que no haya luz y que el Internet falle, la administradora está loca y hace desde gritarle a los empleados a todo pulmón en el patio incluso a media noche, hasta pasearse desnudan por el lugar, en sus delirios tiene bloqueada la entrada princupal y los huéspedes tienen que usar la pierta trasera que, por cierto, cada que se le ocurre cambia la chapa y te puedes quedar sin llaves para poder entrar. Sábanas y muebles están no sólo viejos sino muy sucios y donde la administradora los vea te va a echar la culpa de haberlos ensuciado tú y te los querrá cobrar. Entre eso y muchas más malas experiencias tuve en ese lugar. De verdad no lo recomiendo, busquen en otro lugar incluso si es más caro porque ese hotel no vale la pena y debería estar cerrado. Bathroom hot water tap doesn't work, it seemed like the room was last used few months ago and nobody cared to clean it. No provision for shampoo/towels. It was a complete disaster for us. I asked for other room, others were ugly too. We just settled for the night. I don't recommend this to no one. Complete waste of money :(
