Management contacted me asking to delete the review, I took away one more star.
Never stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to give it a 4 but my entire family of 7 was contracted with chiggers. This was the worst experience ever. I do not wish this on anyone. The bites and itchiness is horrible. This means that the hotel is not doing the necessary cleaning and they need to close this place untill they get exterminators. I give it a 2 because the hotel is ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was so clean and lovely. We stayed 7 nights and liked all the staff. The pool was always clean and quiet. Lovely plants everywhere. Short taxi drive to center of city.
