The rooms are good and comfortable only in the service where they are not very good

The hotel is not ugly, however the staff is scandalous, they talk loudly at night, they don't let you sleep! And the last thing was that the next day a woman from the hotel opened the door without asking and did not even have the common sense to apologize ... When she opened the door I said: If you say ... She was left with a half question and closed the door. slam door .... I mean, zero privacy and education ... We could not sleep due to the scandal and the bad experience of the door will not let us go back there. Hopefully they read my review and apply themselves to provide a service as it should and not these bad experiences.

Simple little hotel, it fulfills its function of bed and bathroom. You rest well, it is not noisy and cheap; $ 250 pesos per night per room.

Very good attention from the waitresses, terrible attention from the reception in the mornings when it is the turn of a girl who seems not to like her work. When registering he does not give the key to the room, he says "the room is open, close when you leave and when you return ask me for the key" but it is never at the reception. It also does not provide the control of the television, until one asks it.

It is an option to stay in Calpulalpan. And that there are not many hotel options. The detail is that the noise of the cleaning staff is very annoying. There is no chance to rest.

When you arrive at the reception you are greeted by a lady who does not explain the details of the service. Perhaps because many use it as a motel, but someone who wants to rest for a night, park a car and others, does not receive enough information. They do not explain that you have to check that the room is not lacking paper, towels or soap, nor do they explain that you have to leave 100 pesos on account for the control of the TV, for example. The light bulb in the bathroom was burned out, when entering the room it smelled of cigarettes and they only deigned to put Lysol on it to mitigate the smell. There was no paper and they didn't deign to clean the sheets either. The previous person, who apparently is a smoker, left his cigarette butt on the sheets and I noticed the next day in the morning. One trusts that they do their job well but I was disappointed. I compulsorily recommend that people supervise the room to demand adequate service, even if the cost is 300 pesos (as of March 2022) for 18 hours, 250 for twelve hours, or 400 pesos x 24 hours. I do not recommend it.

At the reception they are very rude, there is no sense of customer service, dirty sheets and they do not give you the key to the room once you arrive and leave the place, but of course you can wait for the modest amount of 300 pesos . It is a hotel that gets you out of trouble and fulfills the function of spending the night if you want to avoid driving more for that day.
