N	NAY RAMAN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La recepcionista del turno de la noche ,deja mucho que desear ,por su nula atención. Cómo responsables en ese turno ,deben vigilar el descanso de los demás huéspedes, caso que no ocurre.,ya que permiten que altas horas de la noche huéspedes salgan a las sillas y mesas de la alberca ,para ingerir bebidas alcohólicas, estén a las carcajadas ,pláticas en voz alta lo que da como resultado que uno ,no pueda descansar .Se llama a recepción para reportar la situación y nunca responden . Mientras no cambien esa situación, no lo recomiendo. The receptionist on the night shift leaves much to be desired, due to her lack of attention. As responsible in that shift, they must monitor the rest of the other guests, if this does not happen, since they allow late at night guests to go out to the chairs and tables of the pool, to drink alcoholic beverages, be uproarious , talks aloud which results in one not being able to rest. M	Mario Boss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel, se ve bien la fachada, por dentro más o menos, las habitaciones individuales, cuentan con aire acondicionado preajustado, por lo que si la temperatura está alta, no puedes modificar la temperatura del aire acondicionado, el baño con mal olor, encontré cucarachas en las paredes, camas aparentemente limpias, las almohadas se ven medio ... Sucias, cuenta con tv de las antiguas, pero con cable, internet buena señal, agua caliente, precios de 400 en adelante, perooo... Eso sí una actitud muy pasiva en la recepción, la mujer que está en recepción tiene una actitud como si le molestara atender a los clientes, facturan y hay un pequeño restaurante en dónde la atención es muy diferente y comida sabrosa. El personal es amable, el precio es justo, los cuartos están comodos, tienen clima, tv, internet.
