We came in from the US and were concerned about staying in a safe and clean room due because we were traveling with kids. This property exceeded our expectations and I’d highly recommend it! Staff was courteous and very attentive to any of our needs. Highly recommend!!
L	Luis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has been one of the best stays I've had in any IHG hotel. Rooms are beautiful, location is perfect, beds are absolutely comfortable, and the staff greeted me very nicely, they even had a plate with fruit and chocolates ready in my room.

The design of the hotel and its decor fit nicely into the old town. The breakfast omelet was very local in its presentation and taste. It was very well prepared and served by a wonderful wait staff whose service was topped only by the front desk service. The front desk staff was very friendly and went to great effort to learn my name and make me feel at home.

The building is colonial and therefore the rooms are smaller than a regular hotel. However, the room’s design and cleanliness make up for its small size. We had a room with a small balcony facing the church across the street. Very picturesque yet a little loud in the mornings due to vehicular traffic. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Had paid in advance via agoda. They still also took the guarantee. Still fighting to get that money back !!! Breakfast took forever and is unfortunately not a buffet. Staff spoke no english. Would I go again. Maybe, if management is completely changed !!

We were able to get water bottles from the front desk which we were super thankful for. We didn’t get to enjoy breakfast at the hotel but we did order room service one night and the food was good. I LOVED the decor and how the inside of the hotel was decorated. I would definitely stay here again!
