★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues que bueno que revisen las cámaras para vean que era botella de AGUA!!! En ningún lado dice que está prohibido beber agua.
El papel lo dejé en la recepción porque la señora dijo que eso no servía para nada y pues para que cargar basura ??
En fin, experiencia desagradable, definitivamente deberían mejorar el servicio al cliente pues uno no va a responder amablemente cuándo desde que llegas te hacen malas caras y te hablan mal, debe tomar en cuenta la actitud con la que te atienden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen hotel ejecutivo, excelente atención. El restaurante te sirve al momento el desayuno, la verdad no me gusto el café y la calidad de los alimentos esta mas o menos regular. Yo pedí una sincronizada y no me gusto el queso amarillo y al pico de gallo le falto aguacate para mi gusto. Los chilaquiles estuvieron buenos.
Very good executive hotel, excellent attention. The restaurant serves you breakfast at the moment, the truth is that I did not like the coffee and the quality of the food is more or less regular. I ordered a synchronized one and I didn't like the yellow cheese and the pico de gallo lacked avocado for my taste. The chilaquiles were good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sin duda es un buen hotel muy limpio y con personal dispuesto a ayudarte a tomar una decisión, le doy cuatro estrellas por la tarifa publicada en las redes sociales las anuncian más económicas que las. Que te cobran si llegas por tu cuenta, considero que si les estás presentando su publicidad en redes sociales, te deben de igualar el precio. Para para quienes visitamos está Ciudad por cuestiones de trabajamos, creo que es un lugar bueno para descansar.
