★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos gustó mucho nuestra estancia. Hubo otros huéspedes, pero no los escuchamos, ni los vecinos tampoco. El hotel está en una colonia preciosa y típica de Guanajuato, un laberinto con muchas escaleras. Martín es un anfitrión extraordinario, y los cuartos muy cómodos.
We really liked our stay. There were other guests, but we didn't hear them, and neither did the neighbors. The hotel is in a beautiful neighborhood typical of Guanajuato, a labyrinth with many stairs. Martín is an extraordinary host, and the rooms are very comfortable.

The hotel manager was very impolite when I just told him I thought it was unfair to be posted as having a car park place and kicked me out. On top of making false statements he doesn't accept to hear the truth

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Martin runs a great little guest house/hotel a quick five minute walk from Plaza Baratillo. The walk is all uphill or downhill, but it is quite scenic and fun. Martin is very patient with non-native speakers, speaking very slowly and he obviously enjoys sharing information about the area with visitors. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. Fantastic value for independent travelers.
