Detalles: muy sucio abajo de las camas y el área de la alberca. This was the only hotel in Arriaga that accepted me with my pet. The receptionist was very friendly all the time. Details: very dirty under the beds and the pool area.

Nos cambiaron de habitación y la verdad todo funcionaba y todo muy bien. Lo malo es que en las madrugadas el que quedaba encargado hacía demasiado ruido, se escuchaba si voz hasta la habitación, y ya alrededor de las 6:00 de la mañana ya llegaban otras personas y no platicaban... Gritaban...así que no pudimos dormir bien... In the first room we were given, the air conditioning and television did not work. They changed our rooms and the truth was that everything worked and everything was fine. The bad thing is that in the early mornings the person in charge made too much noise, you could hear your voice up to the room, and around 6:00 in the morning other people were already arriving and not talking ... They shouted ... so we couldn't sleep well ...

Tuve que hablarle a la recepcionista para que fueran a limpiar porque habían cucarachas y estaba sucia la habitación. I did not like the place at all, it lacks a lot of cleaning. I had to tell the receptionist to come clean because there were cockroaches and the room was dirty.

La señora de la recepción una en particular es muy amable e intenta ayudarte en todo.. los precios son accesibles, es un lugar silencioso. Sin duda regresaría de nuevo. The rooms are nice except for one because of the proximity of the market, the smells and the noise are not the best It has a swimming pool. The lady at the reception, one in particular, is very friendly and tries to help you with everything... the prices are affordable, it is a quiet place. I would definitely go back again.
