★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is beautiful, modern rooms in an old historic building. Would have given a perfect score, however breakfast is not free. I paid an extra charge for breakfast when I booked my room. Now the hotel is saying that is for continental breakfast. Ask for a refund. It is not about the cost it is about the principal. Do not advertise breakfast included when it is not. And when someone pays extra for breakfast and has a receipt to prove it, just honor it. Just be honest please!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, pretty cheap and the rooms were nice with updated bathrooms. Wifi was fast enough for working and having video calls, but the lack out outlets in the lobby and the terrace was really frustrating. I had breakfast included with my room but it was awful. The worst hotel breakfast I've ever had. The restaurant was always empty I'm pretty sure the staff is the only one who eats there. They have a gym. That was good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were nice, on the other hand. I could not stand the service, the lack of respect they had towards my family and I and the attitude they gave us every time we asked a question. The rooms and location aren’t enough for me to want to return to this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hotel in downtown Puebla. So cute, boutique hotel. Valet parking available at no extra charge. Excellent and surprisingly low room price. Continental breakfast included however full menu also available.
Don't miss the rooftop patio, partially covered. Excellent for a beverage in the evening or breakfast in the morning. Do not miss the view!
Highly highly recommend this hotel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little boutique hotel but I left early due to no air conditioning and wifi didn't work in my room. Had to connect to the restaurant wifi so it was very inconvenient. Spent a lot on data. The girls cleaning the rooms were great. Spotless.

The only plate which didn't taste great was the lasagna.
Room: no window but decent room overall.
Did not manage to connect to WiFi for some reason.
When we were staying, there was an issue with the key cards for all rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely have to say location and cleanliness are AWESOME! I stay here often and that says a lot since there are many comparable properties in the area and I’ve stayed in many. But this is my go-to. Staff is very accommodating for late checkout, room service etc. I do recommend the back rooms since it’s a bit quieter. Restaurant is nice and rooftop bar is great. I use the gym as well and it does the job perfectly. I would recommend this place, for sure.
