Very charming place, the swimming pool is very well designed, cosy ! The breakfast included is nice too, and the staff could help if you need a bike !! Thanks guys

Great location. Nice staff. Clean room. Delicious breakfast. However, the WiFi is extremely slow that I cannot even use the chatting app.

Basic, but pleasant hotel with great and helpful staff. There is a swimming pool with cool water and hammocks in the small patio. Breakfasts simple yet tasty. Walking distance from Coba Archeological Site which is great.

It's a brand new hotel so I'm giving them five stars to start them off nicely, but there are some problems. The hotel is small and attractive with nicely-furnished rooms. The bathroom is plain. The hotel is so new that they haven't yet gotten around to installing toilet seats, so you're sitting on the rim, which is uncomfortable and somewhat gross. Hopefully they'll take care of this VERY soon. There was hot water (took a while to arrive) and some toiletries (soap and shampoo of low quality). The hotel is right in front of a beautiful lake, but only the two suites right above the reception have lake view. The other rooms have no view. There is a cute small pool but the water was frigid (February). Only two loungers are available, there's no room for more. WiFi was OK in some areas but weak in others. Soundproofing is poor. Fortunately there were few other guests, so little human noise; however there are lots of dogs in the surrounding neighborhood and they were barking until very late at night. Breakfast was excellent! A nice guy prepared it, it was varied, pretty and delicious. The staff were lovely and welcoming. The hotel is a short walk around the side of the lake to the ruins, so no need to pay for parking there. Entrance to the ruins was 80 pesos.

Cute little hotel with adorable details and very kind staff. I was planning to stay one night I ended up staying 3. Great value for money as well. Totally recommended.

Itza Hotel is a very nice, small, family-run hotel in the town of Cobà. Rooms are spacious and very clean, the garden with the pool is beautiful and you can enjoy a swim after getting back from the ruins. Simple & tasty breakfast included, all the staff is very sweet and helpful. 100% recommended and we‘ll be back ??

This was the best hotel I stayed in in Mexico while traveling throughout the peninsula for two months. I stayed for 10 days, and everything was 100% perfect the entire time. That's not easy to do! The staff and owner are super kind, the architecture and design of the building are unique and beautiful, the food at breakfast is delicious and made to order, the rooms are very comfortable, and it is spotlessly clean. In this hotel you are surrounded by nature and yet only steps from the ruins and several excellent restaurants -- all easily walkable. In addition, the wifi and cable were great, and the water was excellent!!! Best water pressure I've experienced in Mexico. Finally, the people in the village of Cobá are so warm and friendly that you will definitely want to spend time here. You can view the gorgeous sunsets over the lagoon and see the top of one of the buildings in the archeological zone, all from the front steps of the hotel. Perfect place, excellent people.

Really nice spot. Very comfortable with nice rooms within walking distance of everything in Cobá. Local dogs were adorable but loud at night along with other normal jungle noises, so maybe bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. We unfortunately missed breakfast here (our fault) but the dining area looked really nice too.
