The resort is renting out a large open air floor space to a local gym, they play loud booming techno most waking hours. The restaurant is renting out space aswell, food is good though, when the techno is turned down. The entire water park section is closed down, but the 2 remaining pools are clean. Full kitchen was promised but we had to fight to get a hot plate. Rooms were clean and well kept. I'd recommend not staying on the ground floor, the water had troubles draining at some points. Hope someone invests a bunch of money to help fix it up it needs it.

Excellent seafood restaurant with live music many nights. Fully equipped gym with aerobic classes every morning. Pack your cross trainers and spandex! Three pools, never crowded. Many excellent restaurants a 5 minute walk away. Management here knows how to operate a resort.

C	Celia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smelly hotel not very clean, very outdated, TV didn’t work and couldn’t find the remote control. Air conditioning didn’t have a way to adjust either. Charged us 3,800 pesos for one night! Beds hard as a rock. Complete rip off ! Glad it was only for one night to go to airport next day. Never again !
C	Chris Vining on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great resort in a great location, ask for Gino if you need any advice for restaurants, beaches, tours, rides, etc while staying here, he's probably one of the most professional, friendly and most hospitable people I've ever met. A+ all around and Gino was a major part of it.

Well that is because the place is actually getting renovated and the rooms need to be updated as well. I will definitely stay here again. Gino was super helpful in finding anything you need.
