A really nice hotel with Spa services in Ixtapan. The staff is really friendly and the prices are nit too high above average. They offer discounts depending the number of nights you want to stay, and they also offer massages and spa services with your stay as a package. The hotel is located next to the waterpark, so a few steps and you’ll be having fun. Right now the main building is going through a reconstruction so there are not many rooms available, but still you don’t even notice the building is being demolished and the villas are quite enjoyable. I recommend this place if you want to get out of the city and forget about the noise and the stress.

I certainly recommend this hotel to spend the best vacation, 24-hour security, a pleasant service and the best of all is that you are close to the most visited water park of Ixtapan de la salt

If you're looking for luxury, wait until the new hotel is built. We stayed at the condos and had to be shuttled around. The staff went out of their way to try to compensate but if you prefer to stay near to the activities and spa services, stay at the villas. The Spa Services made the trip well worth it. Everyone is excellent at the services they provide. The massages, reflexology and facials were my favorite services. Although the gym was closed due to the demolition of the old hotel damaged in the earthquake, they opened the gym so I (and others) could work out there. We did not mind the workmen as they were all very professional and courteous. I believe the demolition is near completion, so the gym should be generally open henceforth. The new hotel looks like it will be a great place and will likely surpass the comfort and style of the old hotel. Jan 2020 is the estimated completion date. All staff are very nice and helpful and will go out of their way to make your trip pleasant. The food is very good. It's prepared to help you kick start your diet. The wait staff are excellent. I'm going to come back again.

Beautiful hotel, good food, excellent service!

The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the two swimming pools well maintained. The service is impeccable. Everyone from the manager to the wait staff , cleaning crew to the spa employees were there to make sure you were well taken care of. They are in a transition phase before the new hotel is open so the facilities will be improving with air conditioned rooms available. My room was adequate; similar to a Holiday Inn. The food was more than adequate but not fancy. The servers all fantastic. The days we ate by the pool were especially nice. The real star is the Holistic Spa. The number and quality of the treatments is amazing. Every service was fantastic and all staff very professional. This is an ideal place for a girlfriend trip!

Wonderful week at Ixtapan spa! Massages to food and accommodations wonderful! Safe, beautiful place! And all the staff are like family!

It was OK because the rooms were quite nice bit coming for a spa I'd go somewhere else. It was missing the little details--nice waters, a scent, good service...one woman was walking around for ten minutes because she didn't know where to go next and noone attended to her. Not only that, there is no waiting area that is nice to be at for the spa. I'd definitely have some recommendations to create more flow and edpeeiennce. Also the steam room, sauna and hot tub were never on. To use the hot tub you had to turn it on and it took hours to stay heated. It seems some things were missing

I loved being here so much. The people working at the restaurant, spa, exercise rooms are kind and friendly and always giving and helpful. The atmosphere is beautiful, peaceful. My experience was a very wonderful time. I took care of elder in St. Luke's Hospital for a few weeks in Houston, Texas and that alone is a cherished memory. I would love to come to Ixtapa again in 2022. The massages are perfection. Excellent all around.
