★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instalaciones bonitas, su personal amable, la habitación olía mucho a humedad y muy poca iluminación, no nos hicieron el aseo de la habitación según el administrador en turno, porque no fue la persona de limpieza ese día, el hotel está en remodelación y se oía mucho ruido y golpeteo durante el día

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel es muy bonito y limpio, sin embargo jamás me alojaría en este lugar. Al parecer el dueño del hotel atiende personalmente al menos en la temporada alta, nos atendió y al intentar alojarnos nos subió el precio. Pero ese tampoco fue el problema, regresamos después de comer para registrarnos y lo encontramos en recepción, gritándole, insultando y maltratando físicamente a las muchachas que trabajan como camaristas, a una le dijo que si no fueran familia la patearia, ni siquiera detuvo su abuso físico cuando nos vio ahí parados, el servicio es malo, pero además creo que un lugar donde se abusa así de los empleados por su condición de mujer, no debería existir. Y si los empleados leen esto, por favor denuncienlo, ningún trabajo vale la pena como para que tu jefe te pegue.

Camas cómodas, no las almohadas, baños completos, y las habitaciones son de buen tamaño. Una buena ubicación, justo en el centro de Huamantla.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar muy tranquilo habitaciones muy amplias bien servicio sólo que no entendí a la hora de pagará yo pedí una habitación para dos personas por dos días y cuando llegue sólo tenía reservado un día que era el segundo y como según llegue antes pues si tenía habitaciones y me dieron una yo había hecho el depósito de 900 que era la mitad de lo que costaría el total de la habitacion por dos días ósea hace un día que era para apartar o confirmar la reserva ok pues el día que llegue me dieron una habitación y por esa noche me cobraron 350 y ya no entendí porque me salió más barata
