Super excelente hotel! I have 20 years coming.

The staff could have been more friendly but overall the attention we recieved was good. The location is good close to the shops and right by the ocean.

A cheap motel is better than this place, terrible in every way you can imagine.

discoteca was really bad experience the bathroom smelled really bad, the internet didn't work, Pierre condiciones didn work. oh my God what a fiasco hotel, so I decided to leave, but i was charged for the hole week. but I was living, they didn't care, I have to pay the hole thing, before leaving to another hotel ?

Horrible, overpriced dump. Air conditioning did not work, rooms extra small, beds hard as rock, no towels available, dirty countertops. Infested with pests, items from previous guests left in room. "All included" price was a rip off, only a few items from regular menu allowed and too many hours restricted. Black mold on ceiling and walls, service poor, we arrived at 10 am, reported ac not working, by midnight they had not send anyone to fix it. No hot water, patio "decorated" with used broken urinal from men's bathroom. restaurant service took 1 hour to serve, even though we were the only ones in resraurant. I ordered orange juice with my meal and was told "not included unless you have it mixed with alcohol" STAY AWAY & SAVE YOUR MONEY! This is a place definitively to stay away, they take advantage, selling substandard hotel and their fees too elevated fir a dump.

This place was incredible!!!!! They let my three year old play in the pool, since we ordered burgers and fries and beers. Very nice staff, and allowed us use the bathroom which were so clean. My parents live in the area, and they now love this place too.

We went right after the new year and stayed three nights. Maybe because it was a busy time the service was not good at all. We were told twice at the restaurant that we would be waiting for our food for over an hour because they were unable to accommodate the people at the restaurant. The last day of our stay we had to switch rooms due to unavailability, which was fine. We were told this when we arrived and we agreed. The room we stayed in was not cleaned and the sheets had pubic hair and all kinds of other disgusting things. The blankets that were provided in the closet were also dirty as they were stiff with some kind of hardened liquid. When we went down stairs to talk to the staff they just had someone from maintenance bring us sheets. He admitted he didn't even know if the sheets he was bringing us were clean. When we went down stairs to talk to the front desk they seemed unbothered by the situation. I asked him if they had someone to come change the sheets and he said sorry you will have to change them yourself. Not impressed by this place at all. I have stayed at other hotels in this area before and cleanliness and friendliness is always the most important. Will never be booking here again.

Have been going to this hotel 3 years in a row. Hotel is beachfront which makes it nice. Restaurant food is good and price is not bad. Cleaning ladies are nice and very attentive. Have stayed in their penthouse room which is two story and has a great view. A/C worked great. Jacuzzi was outdated and did not work. Did not give it 5 stars due to lack of upgrades to property and front desk not of the best sevice. Love the location and love this town, just so different from all the bug city traffic.
