The coffee was rich and so good that it did not need milk or sweetener. The fresh squeezed orange juice was so good. All the breakfast food was amazing. Try everything from the buffet.

To begin with, I didn't stay here. I stayed at the Hotel Bilbao across the street which has a much lower price. However, there is an excellent breakfast buffet here every day, all you can eat for 170 pesos. Even if you don't stay in the hotel, try the buffet.

The baby shower at the hotel was great. The waiter staff were really friendly. The event was supposed to last 3 hours but 4 hours were given to us. Throughout the 4 hours the Staff were friendly and followed our requests. The food at the event was delicious and there were about 40 guests. The presidential room was beyond spacious and really elegant. We didn't stay at the hotel but telling by how we were treated at the event, we would definitely want to try out their rooms.

Good service , always helpful and welcoming when we arrive , hotel is classy , and staff are very professional, we have stayed in2 separate occasions and they never fail to make us feel welcomed always clean and downstairs bar and restaurant is a cool for a quick meal or snack

If you haven't eaten here, I highly recommend you do. Upon entering, you are greeted by an usher wearing a mask (properly), a face shield, and gloves. There is a machine that takes your temperature and dispenses hand sanitizer at the same time. The sanitizer smells like peaches and isn't the cheap stuff that leaves your hands clammy. The usher takes down your first name and temperature. Upon sitting, you are given a glass goblet with very cold water, but no ice. I do have to admit that the water was very tasty and the perfect temperature- I love cold drinks with no ice. You are then handed a hot towel by the waiters with a hint of soap that also smells like peaches. There is the option of a QR code for the menu or a paper copy. The starter salad is a bold combination of many flavors and coming from someone who does not enjoy salads much- it was delicious. The food is delicious, and served piping hot, yet still cooked to perfection. The decor is very classy and the stone floor and facade give a very elegant contrast to the large glass panels that highlight the shaded patio area just outside. I truly love this hotel, but I love the restaurant even more. I will definitely come back here and recommend it to all my friends.

Food is great at restaurant, location is close to the downtown and it is easy to access, it has own parking lot, variety of dishes is very good and quality of the service is much better than other places at matamoros

Absolutely, the best hotel in Matamoros. I've stayed here before and now it's my favorite. Plus, it's very afordable.
