★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habitacion y baño limpios, hotel ubicado a unas cuadras del centro, recepcionistas muy amables, nos cuidaron el equipaje el último día en lo que llegaba el transporte, agua caliente todo el tiempo. Le falta una remodelación a las escaleras tiene una alfombra muy vieja. Buen precio el que ofrece el hotel y tiene promociones.
 Clean room and bathroom, hotel located a few blocks from downtown, very friendly receptionists, they took care of our luggage on the last day when the transport arrived, hot water all the time. The stairs are missing a remodel has a very old carpet. Good price the one offered by the hotel and has promotions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio desde el momento de quién te reciben tiene un muy mal genio aparte son pocas las habitaciones que tiene y no hay como te resuelvan nada, no tiene servicio de restaurante y el más cercano para comer algo está como a 20 min caminando porque no hay otra forma de llegar a la zona de comida
Very bad service from the moment of who they receive you has a very bad temper apart from there are few rooms that it has and there is no way to solve anything, it does not have restaurant service and the closest one to eat something is about 20 minutes walking because no is there another way to get to the food court

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible hotel. I do not understand the 5 stars reviews any under any circumstances. During our trip I stayed in many hotels in Mexico so I am pretty realistic in my expectations but this one was something else. The rooms were not clean at all. The carpet was very old and dirty. The windows did not close properly. The washroom smelled terrible. Inside the room the temperature was around12 deg Celsius. They do not have portable heaters so after two hours of coughing and sneezing at around 11pm we decided to leave the hotel and try to find something else. We were lucky enough to find another hotel at half price much cleaner which provided us with a heater. Lots of hotels in Cristobal...shop around and don't let yourself fooled by the pics on the websites. It is better if you can see the room before you pay for it.
