Un poco costoso pero vale la pena, super bien ubicado a unos minutos del centro.
It is comfortable, the rooms are very clean and the pool is very good, as well as the jacuzzi, which is super in cold weather.
A little expensive but worth it, super well located a few minutes from downtown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel es muy cómodo, espacioso y tiene un buen área verde con alberca. Cuenta con Jacuzzi y Temazcal. La habitación donde me hospedé era bastante amplia, con todas las amenidades, incluso una cafetera con café de cortesía.
No es la mejor opción para los que buscan descansar, al menos durante mi estancia parecía que el predio colindante es un Bar y estuvo con la música a tope toda la noche. Fuera de eso un lugar cerca del centro (3 cuadras)
The hotel is very comfortable, spacious and has a good green area with a pool. It has Jacuzzi and Temazcal. The room where I stayed was quite spacious, with all the amenities, including a coffee maker with complimentary coffee.
It is not the best option for those looking to rest, at least during my stay it seemed that the adjoining property is a bar and the music was on full blast all night. Outside of that a place near the center (3 blocks)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instalaciones limpias y tiene un yacuzzi amplio y con calefacción. La alberca es ambiente pero para el calor que luego se siente igual se disfruta. Y el plus que tiene es que no te cobran descorche por llevar hielera solo obvio que no lleves vidrio a las áreas comunes pero casi nadie permite eso en Tepoztlán o cobran. La verdad genial. Solo puse 4 estrellas en servicio por qué me tocó ir cuando no vendían nada por pasar la pandemia pero su personal muy amable.
Clean facilities and has a spacious heated jacuzzi. The pool is ambient but for the heat that you later feel the same you enjoy it. And the plus it has is that they don't charge you a corkage fee for bringing a cooler, it's only obvious that you don't bring glass to the common areas, but almost nobody allows that in Tepoztlán or they charge. The truth great. I only put 4 stars in service because I had to go when they weren't selling anything due to the pandemic but their staff was very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was not hot water, the shower and bathroom were disgusting, they were dirty, and it seemed to have some sort of mold. The drainage was not working either, so the water was stocked into the shower, it was gross. We felt it was overprized for what we got, won’t recommend this place to stay.
