★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La habitación tenía plaga de cucarachas, las instalaciones requieren mantenimiento y fumigación, el precio es muy elevado para las condiciones del establecimiento. El personal es muy atento y amable. Los jardines están bien cuidados.
 The room had a plague of cockroaches, the facilities require maintenance and fumigation, the price is very high for the conditions of the establishment. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The gardens are well kept.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conozco este hotel desde que soy muy pequeña, le tengo mucho cariño, sin embargo, aunque en mi caso el personal fue muy amable, apenas entre a el baño del comedor me encontré tres cucarachas en la entrada, le tengo un horrible miedo y me ha causado mucho asco, las habitaciones limpias y en general el area de alberca y juegos es muy cómodo. 4/5 porque creo que podrían ver la forma de que el hotel se vea VIVO y no tan apagado y triste.
I have known this hotel since I was very little, I am very fond of it, however, although in my case the staff was very friendly, as soon as I entered the bathroom in the dining room I found three cockroaches in the entrance, I am terribly afraid of it and it has caused a lot of disgust, the rooms are clean and in general the pool and games area is very comfortable. 4/5 because I think they could see a way to make the hotel look ALIVE and not so dull and sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel looks huge. It's facilities are four sets of buildings, the main building has the lobby and the restaurant, offering good meals. Also has the meeting rooms, which can vary in size and offer unlimited coffee break. It has a swimming pool, ideal for kids among the main building and other two. The fourth building set has also an spa and a gym. Prices are cheap for what they offer.
