M	Mada JH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel está cerca del centro. Las habitaciones están limpias. Pero no hay agua caliente, personal del hotel prácticamente no hace nada para solucionar el problema. The hotel is close to the center. The rooms are clean. But there is no hot water, hotel staff do practically nothing to fix the problem.

M	Marina Cruz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: Lugar limpio, céntrico, con opción de desayuno con la reservación, el personal muy amable, duermes calientito y cómodo, lugar seguro y sobre todo accesible en precio. Contras: El estacionamiento lo cobran después de las 9 am aunque seas huésped. Si no dejas la llave de la habitación no hacen limpieza de la habitación Aunque hayas reservado con anticipación, puede que no te respeten la reservación, hay que asegurarse días antes de que aún la tengas. Pros: Clean, central place, with breakfast option with reservation, very friendly staff, you sleep warm and comfortable, safe place and above all accessible in price. Cons: Parking is charged after 9 am even if you are a guest. If you don't leave the room key they don't clean the room Even if you have booked in advance, they may not respect your reservation, you have to make sure days before you still have it.

No es un hotel elegante de cadenas importantes pero tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una noche mientras conoces el pueblo. Está muy bien ornamentado, habitaciones limpias y con precios muy accesibles y aunque son un poco pequeñas, realmente puedes permanecer unas noches sin problemas. Quedo muy satisfecho con el lugar! This small hotel is very good. It has a rustic touch that makes it very attractive. It is not an elegant hotel with important chains but it has everything you need to spend a night while you know the town. It is very well decorated, clean rooms and with very accessible prices and although they are a little small, you can really stay a few nights without problems. I am very satisfied with the place!

L	Laura Leyva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio!! La terminal para pago de tarjeta no suele tener papel e insisten en el pago en efectivo o transferencia. No cuenta con estacionamiento propio. Habitaciones pequeñas y muuuuy frías. La clave que te dan para el internet no sirve, las llaves de los baños se zafan y se acaba el servicio del agua en la noche. Aunque hay servicio a habitación, obligan a los huespedes a bajar al restaurante aunque se renuncie al desayuno de cortesía (plato de fruta sencillo, un cafe/te/jugo) y se haga consumo aparte, alegando que como ya hay personas en el restaurante, todos deben de bajar. Hotel de última opción definitivamente. Terrible service!! The terminal for card payment is usually paperless and they insist on payment in cash or transfer. It does not have its own parking lot. Small and very cold rooms. The key they give you for the internet doesn't work, the keys to the bathrooms get loose and the water service runs out at night. Although there is room service, they force guests to go down to the restaurant even if they renounce the courtesy breakfast (simple fruit plate, a coffee/tea/juice) and consume it separately, alleging that since there are already people in the restaurant, everyone must go down. Definitely last choice hotel.

No hay internet,la tv solo se veía un canal,nos hicieron firmar por la entrega de la llave y del control para la tv y la llave de la habitación se salía del llavero,el control jamás funcionó. Nos dijeron 3 veces que lo iban a cambiar,efectivamente nos cambiaron el control,por otro que tampoco servía! La llave del agua caliente se salía de su lugar y había que acomodarla,en fin... Muchos detalles para el costo de la habitación! Si bien los empleados no son groseros,siento que solo te dan el avión cuando vas y pides alguna solución ??? Sinceramente no regresare! The hotel is clean, although the rate was high for the rooms that are super small. There is no internet, the tv only saw one channel, they made us sign for the delivery of the key and the control for the tv and the room key would come off the key ring, the control never worked. They told us 3 times that they were going to change it, effectively they changed the control, for another that did not work either! The hot water tap was out of place and had to be accommodated, in short ... Many details for the cost of the room! While the employees are not rude, I feel like they only give you the plane when you go and ask for a solution ??? I honestly will not return!
