La factura en ocaciones la escriben mal el RFC y el monto no incluyen el IVA por el cual te cobran, y si tratas de marcarles, aveces no contestan el teléfono y en ocasiones no hay recepcionista, de igual forma si les preguntas acerca de la duda de la factura solo te contestan de mal forma y te dejan en linea sin que nadie te conteste, de verdad, para mi opinión es un desagrado para mi persona la atención así, y por si fuera poco las habitaciones están algo descuidadas en higiene y seguridad...
