★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente para dar informes vía telefónica , como es posible que para checar la disponibilidad y reservar, uno tenga que ir físicamente al hotel ?
Aparte se enojan y te cuelgan el teléfono !
 Terrible customer service to give reports by phone, as it is possible that to check availability and book, one has to physically go to the hotel ?
Besides they get angry and hang up the phone!

Que incoherencias y no saben resolver las situaciones y se deslindan de los problemas mejor ve a otros hay varios al rededor de la zona
Very bad service the people on the phone, they tell you that they have other things to do instead of answering
What inconsistencies and they don't know how to solve situations and they separate themselves from the problems better go to others there are several around the area
