Hard to do much better than this in the heart of historic Mexico City. The staff has been friendly and helpful almost to distraction (in a positive way!). That’s always a great start but that was only the beginning, here. Our room was attractive, spacious and comfortable, with a quiet and efficient air conditioner and all of the public areas were also pleasantly decorated and comfortable feeling. Finally, the breakfast buffet, though not of gourmet quality, was tasty, fresh and efficiently attended to. All in all, a terrific find in the heart of the city, just a few blocks’ walking from Plaza Alameda, the oldest and perhaps grandest plaza in the city. Ultimately, though, I believe that it was the staff that impressed us most and that will likely ensure that we stay here again upon our certain return to Mexico City. Thank you, everybody!❣️?❣️

Hotel was initially recommended by a friend who lived in MX city. I rented 2 rooms, each with queen size beds for my family. I was at first I little taken back by the drab and dark streets when we arrived in the evening and all the adjacent shops and businesses were closed. However, a warm greeting from the parking attendants/bell hops brought some immediate assurance. The parking lot is immediately next to the hotel, spacious, secure and well lit. The hotel has a pleasant, cheeky, modern style with all the accustomed amenities; and Bluetooth in every room. The mattresses are nice and firm; rooms were immaculate and stylish. After a 10 minute walk, you're in the heart of the "Park of Beautiful Art" and the Historic Center of the city with a mixture of restaurants and all the people watching you can handle. The hotel is not located in the most elegant part of the city, but you're walking distance to all the touristy spots. The only reason I can think of for not staying here, is simply to experience other hotels that you may like; but for starters, you will definitely not be disappointed staying here. One last thing, the complimentary breakfast could definitely use some upgradding; but not enough to not give hotel a 5 star review for it's overall all functionality.

The service is beyond bad! We arrived shortly before midnight (flight was delayed, we should have arrived at 8pm) and they informed us that the room has not been cleaned!!! They started cleaning it at midnight and we had to wait for more than an hour to get into the room. No apologies, very arrogant. Payment was the only thing they have been asking for! No possibility to talk to a manager, even the next day. NEVER AGAIN! You guys @Kali should first learn what service and quality means!

The hotel is clean and staff is very friendly. They offer several amenities and most important they are located close to Mexico City Center. The only negative thing was that my room was directly across a stairway and a small lobby/ meeting place. I can hear folks having conversations and go up and down the steps at night. I could have asked to change rooms but noise was manageable.

Great hotel! It's within walking distance to museums, restaurants and the bus system. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. Each room has its own air conditioner unit. I couldn't find any fault with the space, I felt very comfortable. They do have walking tours of the food market and the city if interested, but I didn't partake in them.
