★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre viajo con mis mascotas y cuando hago una reserva siempre pregunto el precio de suplemento lo cual me dijeron que no tenían y al final me querian cobrar 150 por mascota y le dije que eso no habíamos hablado en fin al final me cobraron 150 por ambas mascotas . No me niego a pagar pero si me gusta que respeten lo que dicen les sugiero a los futuros clientes que pidan un email de confirmación para aclarar precios. Las Instalaciones muy bien ,limpias y amplias. Pedi servicio a la habitación y también muy amables esta plus me gusto mucho ya que veníamos súper cansados.
I always travel with my pets and when I make a reservation I always ask the supplement price which they told me they did not have and in the end they wanted to charge me 150 per pet and I told him that we had not talked about that in the end in the end they charged me 150 for both pets . I do not refuse to pay but if I like that they respect what they say, I suggest future clients to ask for a confirmation email to clarify prices. The facilities very good, clean and spacious. I asked for room service and they were also very friendly, this plus I liked it a lot since we were super tired.

Lastima que el Wifi estuviera dañado, nunca pude conectarme.
También al momento de hacer la reservación me dijeron que la habitación vencía a las 3 y planeamos usar la alberca, pero después me aclararon que no, que vencía a la 1 ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención muy buena, grandes y espaciosos cuartos, cuánta con sillón, horno de microondas. Refrigerador, mesa , camas cómodas, velocidad de conexión a internet estable y buena, solo unos detalles aire acondicionado solo en la habitación para dormir, en la sala falta uno.. a mi parecer. Y la iluminación es muy tenue. Falta un poco de iluminación para poder trabajar sin esfuerzar la vista .
Very good attention, large and spacious rooms, how many with an armchair, microwave oven. Refrigerator, table, comfortable beds, stable and good internet connection speed, just a few details air conditioning only in the room to sleep, in the living room one is missing... in my opinion. And the lighting is very dim. It lacks a bit of lighting to be able to work without straining the eyes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos dieron un excelente servicio el personal de recepción, las suites muy limpias y cómodas, la comida que ofrecen los restaurantes son de muy buen sabor y la atención que recibimos principalmente del restauran de comida Italiana por parte de Manolo y su compañera, fue extraordinaria por sus recomendaciones para degustar un platillo y la pronta respuesta cuando solicitamos algo.
The reception staff gave us an excellent service, the suites were very clean and comfortable, the food offered by the restaurants tasted very good and the attention we received mainly from the Italian food restaurant by Manolo and his partner, was extraordinary for their recommendations to taste a dish and the prompt response when we request something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really happy I chose Kali Suites for my stay in Minatitlan.
Very clean, super friendly and helpful staff.
The facilities are great with pool and a very nice restaurant downstairs. The rooms are small but very cozy and modern and very private with your own kitchen, livingroom and bedroom.
I was very glad the AC worked as I come from a very cold region and temperatures there can reach 45C and higher with humidity and some of the hotels air conditioning in Mexico were bad.
In a city where security is hard to come by. I felt safe and happy staying here. There is two buzz doors with cameras monitored by reception and a security guard 24/7 at all times between both the main gate and main door.
I would recomend Kali Suites for anyone returning to Minatitlan after a long time or visiting Minatitlan.
