I was outside this hotel playing. Nobody is watching and they never opened. I called on the phone to stay and they didn't answer either. If they are not pending, what security can they offer?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pasado 27 de noviembre del 2021 me hopede en este hotel y aparte de que me cobraron iva para hacerme mi factura es la fecha que no la han enviado ni siquiera contestan el teléfono .no entiendo que esconden o me hubieran dicho que no daban factura y asunto arreglado . Después de varios días y llamadas ya por fin llegó la factura; gracias
On November 27, 2021 I stayed in this hotel and apart from the fact that they charged me VAT to make my invoice, it is the date that they have not sent it, they do not even answer the phone. I do not understand what they hide or they would have told me that they did not give an invoice and problem solved . After several days and calls, the invoice finally arrived; Thank you
