v	veit koss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious, clean, well maintained and air-conditioned rooms with 2 beds. The staff is nice, the food is good and the prices are reasonable. All rooms are embedded in a nice green garden, monkeys are climbing around and parrots are passing by. The massages are good and valuable. There was no TVs inside our room but we didn't miss it. Therefore the WI-Fi was fast and reliable. My only critic concerns the pool: The water was somehow polluted with small pieces of tissue-paper.

Reception staff disinterested that their restaurant made us unwell or that a big party of people were making noise until 3am. We checked out after one night but they refused to refund any of the additional nights (we booked for four) or even the lunch that made us vomit for most of the night. Charming!

Quick cleaning service of the rooms everyday, pool very nice and amazing surroundings! Restaurant staff a bit cranky every now and then bit that was the only negative, try the frozen margarita’s!!!

The bed rooms are not bad and the beds are comfy but the bathrooms feel like something you would get in a French campsite for €4. Very cheap, old and poor quality. The staff are not friendly, nor do they speak English, even a little. The drinks are decent and the pool area is nice, clean, tidy and relaxing. Compared to other hotels in Palenque this one is on the cusp of being unreasonably pricey for what you get. There are also security cameras everywhere, like literally right outside the front door of your cabin, looking directly onto your area where you should 'relax'. This is just unacceptable and leaves you feeling under surveillance and not relaxed at all. I wouldn't come back here to stay.

The room have air conditioning and the bed was excellent. Wifi is not really good and the hotel is quite far away from the city center. Taxi cost 100$MEX from the bus to the hotel. J	Jan Huyssen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are very friendly. The room we had was quite large with nice bathroom. There is a restaurant at the hotel with good food for a reasonable price. The bungalow type rooms are located in a tropical garden. The swimming pool is nice and there is also drink service at the pool. We were there when it was really really raining a lot, so we couldn't really use it sadly.
