Entrada no es independiente pero te proporcionan una llave, la entrada cuenta con videovigilancia y siempre hay alguien en recepción 24/7 para cualquier inconformidad. Las habitaciones limpias, climatizadas, baño con calentador, camas cómodas, con suficiente espacio para guardar las pertenencias, tiene un espacio de trabajo y neverita. Tienen WiFi, ascensor y TV. Me quede por un mes y la limpieza era una vez a la semana y todo quedaba limpio y ordenado Tienen una cocina disponible para todos los huéspedes, bien equipada y arreglada No tienen plancha ni servicio de lavandería Mi única queja es que pregunté en recepción sobre el servicio de lavandería, me recomendaron una persona (me dieron incluso una tarjeta), sin embargo, el servicio de esta persona de la lavandería fue pésimo, me dañaron mi ropa blanca, reclamé y nunca me ofrecieron ni disculpas Recomiendo al hotel dejar de recomendar ese servicio de lavandería y que si no lo ofrecen, que el huésped averigüe por su cuenta, para que no se vean relacionados con el mal servicio de esa lavandería En general me pareció excelente. Entrance is not independent but they provide you with a key, the entrance has video surveillance and there is always someone at reception 24/7 for any disagreement. The rooms are clean, air-conditioned, bathroom with heater, comfortable beds, with enough space to store belongings, it has a work space and a fridge. They have WiFi, elevator and TV. I stayed for a month and the cleaning was once a week and everything was clean and tidy They have a kitchen available for all guests, well equipped and arranged They don't have an iron or laundry service. My only complaint is that I asked at the reception about the laundry service, they recommended a person to me (they even gave me a card), however, the service of this person at the laundry was terrible, they damaged my linen, I complained and never received they offered no apologies I recommend that the hotel stop recommending that laundry service and that if they do not offer it, that the guest find out on their own, so that they are not related to the poor service of that laundry Overall I thought it was excellent.

La cama era muy cómoda y la habitación espaciosa, los acabados modernos y todo muy limpio. Pensé que sería ruidosa por encontrarse sobre la avenida pero no, realmente muy tranquilo, al menos eso fue en la habitación que me tocó. Lo único que falla un poco es que el calentador del agua caliente no calienta muy bien así que tuve que bañarme con agua tibia 2 días, pasé un poco de frío ?. Puntos extras por tener en el enchufe conexión a usb (sin necesidad de adaptador) y tmb por tener un frigobar. It is on the side of Tlalpan shortly before taking the road to Cuernavaca. The only thing that fails a bit is that the hot water heater doesn't heat very well so I had to bathe in lukewarm water for 2 days, I was a bit cold ?. Extra points for having a USB connection in the plug (no need for an adapter) and also for having a minibar.
