Es una excelente opción para alojarse en San Miguel de Allende.

Exelente ubicación en uno de los rincones más hermosos de todo México San Miguel de Allende Gto. Servicio de primer nivel y muy limpio.. Visiten lo lo van a disfrutar y conocerlo los relajará recomendadicimo¡!

Es un hotel sencillo y limpio. Caminando queda como a 20 minutos del centro (esta difícil la caminata, por que, las banquetas son muy delgaditas, pasan muchos carros y los fines de semana hay mucha gente) o 5 min en taxi (el taxi o el uber cobra entre $50 a $60 al centro de San Miguel de Allende)

CHARGed me DOUBLE the advertised rate on Booking.com. I arrived from Mexico City. My personal driver and I were tired. I was immediately greeted by the snobbiest, rudest most inhospitable hotel manager named Tania. She could see severe I was wilting with fatigue. Common and normal responses would have been” Welcome to the hotel” “May I help you with your reservation? “ Would you like to sit down and make yourself comfortable? “ Instead I was treated to a contemptuous screed telling me I had no reservation, that they didn’t work with Booking.com (?) that I was no where in the system. Even asking if I could charge my phone was treated with contempt. I’ve traveled all over the world and this was my second visit to SMA where I came to purchase a home & possibly a business. When I inquired if the bar next door was open, Tania waved rudely and said it’s closed. & said Go find somewhere else! I mean she actually yelled at me. She should be fired immediately or given a serious lesson in hospitality ( perhaps the owners would like to pay for this since I will NOT be recommending this hotel to anyone-ever. I’m fact, I’m going to call booking.com and file a grievance as to why they wouldn’t honor my billing and charged me DOUBLE their advertised rate. If there is any retaliation from this review I will be contacting my personal attorney.
