★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola buenas tardes, si lo que quiere es dormir en un lugar tranquilo, bello y que sea una hacienda este es el lugar indicado, sus habitaciones son preciosas, súper limpio y acogedor, cada habitación es diferente y hay habitaciones para una familia entera y también para parejas.
Los precios son accesibles, el personal muy atento; tiene servicio de estacionamiento y también de comedor.
Queda cerca del centro de mascota.
Muy recomendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante nuestra estancia en Diciembre 2020 no limpiaron la habitación ni el baño en dos noches que estuvimos en el lugar. Lo comunique al número de atención que estaba en un pasillo, pero ni así hicieron algo. La habitación siguió igual de descuidada y sucia como si no hubiese reclamado.
De aspecto el lugar es agradable, tiene espacios amplios e iluminados, la decoración bien, pero de verdad, en cuanto a limpieza les doy un 1. No nos hicieron las camas, no nos barrieron la habitación ni lavaron el baño. Fue desagradable regresar a una habitación que claramente no había sido atendida.
Como punto agradable: el jardín y el patio central son bonitos para tomar muchas fotos. El velador del estacionamiento es muy amable y estuvo al pendiente de nosotros.
During our stay in December 2020 they did not clean the room or the bathroom in two nights that we were in the place. I communicated it to the service number that was in a corridor, but they didn't even do something. The room remained just as run down and dirty as if I hadn't claimed.
In appearance the place is pleasant, it has spacious and bright spaces, the decoration is good, but really, in terms of cleanliness I give them a 1. They did not make our beds, they did not sweep the room or wash the bathroom. It was unpleasant to return to a room that clearly had not been attended to.
As a nice point: the garden and the central patio are nice for taking lots of photos. The guard in the parking lot is very friendly and took care of us.
