★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a nice hotel, during the weekend is more expensive than weekdays. The staff are really friendly tho sometimes you can hear people talking of passing by your room. The doors aren’t sealed properly other than that I didn’t have any problems all the rooms are clean and they don’t have bad odors

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is very clean, it’s about 20 minutes walking to downtown but it is good after all the eating. We had an issue with the hot water, they promised to fix it and I really appreciate that they did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a nice hotel, the rooms are nice and the AC works fine. The rooms are clean, but the doors do not look very secure and the safe box is one of the smallest I ever seen. The hotel is in walking distance from the center and around it you can find multiple places to eat. The parking is outdoor but is just outside the hotel. Maybe it is a coincidence, but, after booking this hotel my credit card was use for online purchases somewhere in Europe, so be cautious.

He speaks great English and goes above and beyond for guests. He is outstanding! Thanks Claudio for all you do to make people feel welcomed and at home. Your extra efforts do not go unnoticed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my opinion this hotel is rated too low. It is modern (although in a historic style), everything works, and it has the highest water pressure and hottest water of any hotel I have been in in Mexico. The front desk staff was very helpful with all of my questions and requests. While the rooms have a/c the balcony doors can also be opened for fresh air. The hotel is also just a 10 minute walk from La Comer (supermarket).
The hotel is also beautifully appointed with about 50 niches decorated with local art. Interestingly too, the floors are numbered with 1 being the ground floor.
