Hotel La Estación - 33200 Creel

Pros: The two ladies who work at the front desk are helpful and friendly Rooms have air con, the bed and pillows are very comfortable Shower is excellent Rooms have Sky TV if you like watching football Nice balcony to relax in during the evenings and they sell red wine by the bottle too They organised a tour for us to see the main sites of the valleys and waterfall etc and even refunded us some money as extra people joined us for the tour which was professional and appreciated Breakfast is very good and uses high quality ingredients: granola, fruit yogurt; waffles with jam/syrup; eggs, potato with chorizo and tortillas; coffee; juice Coffee available all day Right on the main plaza so very easy to access the restaurants etc in town - there is a market selling food right outside the hotel from the early afternoon onwards Chepe theme is nice and quaint Wifi works well - this was particularly appreciated after having no access to it at all in our previous hotel in Posada Barrancas Cons: Walls are very thin so you can literally hear every word said by the guests next door to you - this was pretty annoying when the people in the room next to us arrived at 1am and didn’t shut up until about 2:30am The sink was badly designed in our room so that the tap wouldn’t work without pushing back the faucet as it was stuck to the sink

The rooms have no windows which makes for a very bad atmosphere inside them, and the hotel is so noisy that if anyone gets up for an early tour etc everyone in the hotel wakes up. Had to move rooms as bed was so terrible in first. Would not recommend

Amazing comfort cabin feel hotel with fresh amazing breakfast ever morning right in the center of town that makes everything convenient. This is the must stay at place. Two thumbs up to staff the best hospitality ever.

The place is very clean, it is right in the city center. People are friendly. Breakfast is delicious!

This place is great! Central, clean and newly built to a high standard, the rooms are cozy but not small, with good beds and hot showers. Best of all, though, is the hospitality: it was dark and snowing when I arrived; Alba pulled a chair up to the fire, made me coffee and gave me something to eat, smiling and welcoming all the while. A lovely hotel.

Loved it, train memorabilia in bounds, the staircase mirage is a work of art! Friendly helpful staff & the location is excellent!

We arrive to check in to our reservations made 2 weeks in advance with Katia and confirmed a week before and they did not have our rooms we were told that there was no reservations made. We ended up leaving town. They messed our itinerary, I do not recommend

very careless people did my reservation Feb 24 to arrived March 17 almost a moth in advance spoke with Katia ..surprise got there after 6 hrs of train journey just to find out Katia didn't reserve anything for us.. they did nothing to accomodate us again careless people. however after seeing the little town they did us a favor ..talking with people that have staid there they have no good words about this hotel and the town Do NOT stay there...
