★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the price, this place is incredible. You get personal service from all employees, cable, and a great room. When my family booked in, they even asked if we wanted an extra bed, no cost. This wasn't a cot, it was a full on extra bed. In a country I've always found mediocre, this hotel like Zacatecas, seperates itself from the rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, 10 minute walk from downtown. Rooms ok, except in some of them (we were In a group touring Zacatecas) room heating did not work ok. The hotel was full and wiFi very weak everywhere, even in the lobby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's clean and in a convenient location if you wish to walk everywhere downtown. However, they did not have heating while we were there in winter (December) and the temperature reached -2, with no heating anywhere in the hotel. They only brought us an extra blanket... Also, they had left our room window open and it did not help with the lowering temperature.
