★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicely located just outside the city center, great facilities for kids and grown ups. Pool with different depths for swimmers all ages. A couple of slides for kids and bigger one for adults. Excellent food and fair prices, slow service though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, nice size pool and great view to the Laguna de Catemaco. Building needs improvements and room cleanliness. Went to 2 rooms and they were dirty, 3rd room was ok, but sliding door to balcony did not lock, AC did not cool down as indicated in the thermostat, lavatory faucet and shower leaked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is located at a spectacular location and has overall very nice facilities, especially the pool design is fantastic for families with children. Service overall is friendly and the rooms are nice and clean, but the air conditioner is extremely noisy and some of the bedding could use a renovation, as well as a coffee maker and water in the room would go a long way toward an additional star. It's quite pricy for what you get but you can't beat the location.
