No hay recepción y por lo tanto nadie se hace responsable si tienes quejas.
La dueña del hotel vive en la casa siguiente, pero nunca se aparece.
Si quieres reclamar algo sólo está la mucama que siempre dice: La dueña no está.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel es sencillo, por la fecha nos toco hospedarnos en la habitación más pequeña. Sin embargo, esta bien si solo deseas una estancia donde dormir y ducharte. Las personas del hotel fueron muy amables, fueron por nosotros ya que no ubicabamos el lugar. Estuvieron al pendiente de nuestra llegada. Incluso cuando se desocupo una habitación más grande nos la ofrecieron para mayor comodidad.
The hotel is simple, for the date we had to stay in the smallest room. However, it's fine if you just want a place to sleep and shower. The people of the hotel were very friendly, they were for us since we did not locate the place. They were aware of our arrival. Even when a larger room was vacated, they offered it for comfort.
