Pero en general esta muy bien, estacionamiento techado, habitaciones de amplio rango de precios y servicios, excelente ubicación. Solo por ser un viaje de negocios si sentí que invertí mucho tiempo en que nos atendieran y cobrarán con transfer. Pero en general bien It took me a bit of work to pay with a transfer. But in general it is very good, covered parking, rooms with a wide range of prices and services, excellent location. Just because it was a business trip, I felt that I invested a lot of time in being attended to and charged with transfer. but overall good

The hotel is right next to a park which is right next to downtown Colima. It makes it easy to go shooping. No it doesnt have a pool or have a giant looby but it has everything u need to relax and have a restfull sleep and great prices.

We faced lot of troubles related to the room, we reserved and wen I arrived they didn't had our room as they told me through phone, also once we got the room we saw that the bathroom was dirty and laso we didn't have towels... So we roses a claim about this situation and the night staffs helped us really fast to solve the troubles.
