La atencion en recepción pesima, la empleada de la mañana indiferente y se muestra desagusto con su trabajo, el empleado de la tarde cero resolutivo e ignorante en du labor. La habitación doble, solo lo es por las dos camas, no te dan ni doble toalla, botella de agua o cobija, no habia toalla para manos en el baño, todo lo tuvimos que pedir y no todo se nos proporcionó, como cobran mas por habitación doble si no tienen insumos para dicha habitación? La tele no servia, ningun "canal con cable" se veía y el internet jamás se conectó. Reconozco la labor de las empleadas de limpieza, amables y preocupadas por la atencion, fueron a las unicas que ví trabajando en reaidad. The cleanliness of the rooms is good. Apesar de que el estacionamiento no está en el hotel tienen buena atención y disponibilidad cuando es domingo y no trabajan siempre disponibles para abrirnos... gracias.
